About Me
Hey there, friend!
Just so you know… I’m not the authority on all things natural, holistic, herbal, or human. But I do have a whole lot of questions, a growing love for this way of life, and a desire to share the journey.
This space is for connecting with kindred spirits — the ones who are curious, learning, growing, and maybe fumbling through it all just like me.
I’m Tamara — creator of Wild & Graceful Living, and a woman deep in the process of untangling from the rat race, re-rooting into nature, and finding beauty in the everyday. I'm not coming to you as a polished expert with all the answers. I'm showing up as a real person, navigating life one honest step at a time — and inviting you to walk with me.
This space is for the women who are carrying a lot… and craving something more. For the ones who want to laugh, cry, learn, unlearn, and live a little slower — even if their current life feels anything but simple.
Here you’ll find reflections on everyday life — the messy, the magical, and the mundane. I write about things I’m living through, thinking about, or hearing from others: aging and wellness, parenting and purpose, hormones and healing, faith and fatigue, herbal tea and hard days. It’s all fair game here.
I’ll also be sharing bits of homesteading, natural living, slow food, faith, crafts, and creation — but always with honesty, warmth, and a wink. Think: cooking flops and farm dreams, lessons from the garden, what worked (or didn’t) in my wellness routine, and products I genuinely love and use (including a few affiliate links and small business shoutouts).
Down the road, I’ll be offering sessions, resources, and perhaps even handcrafted goods — because this is more than just a blog. It’s a growing space for community, encouragement, and connection.
So whether you’re an older millennial, a Gen Xer, a tired mom, an inspired maker, or just a curious soul — you’re welcome here. My hope is that you find something in these pages that feels like a deep breath and a warm hug. Something that reminds you that you’re not too late, not too much, and definitely not alone.
Let’s build a beautiful, meaningful life — wild, graceful, and grounded in what really matters.
